2025-0321 Authorize the Request for Payment for Drainage Easement for Parcel 1DE for the Malloy Bridge Road East of 45 & Loop 9, Road and Bridge Project 0002U, Road & Bridge District 3 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 10505, Project 0002U Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the request for payment for the drainage easement for Parcel 1DE between Dallas County and Mr. Ruddie Hudson, for the Malloy Bridge Road East of 45 and Loop 9, Project 0002U. The total cost of the request for payment is not to exceed Two Thousand, Two Hundred Fifty-Four Dollars, and no cents ($2,254.00). The project is being funded by Road and Bridge 5 Road Reserves Fund 10505, Project 0002U.
