Consider and take appropriate action to approve the Fiscal Year 2027–2029 Travis County Urban County requalification (renewal) cooperation agreements with the Cities of Bee Cave, Creedmoor, Lago Vista, Lakeway, Manor, Sunset Valley, and West Lake Hills and the Villages of San Leanna and Webberville; approve the required HUD Form 424-B, Assurances and Certifications, and the completed Urban County requalification package; authorize the County Judge to execute the cooperation agreements and HUD Form 424-B; and authorize the CDBG Office to submit the completed package to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, as required by CPD Notice 26-08.
