2026-0003 National Blood Donor Awareness Month On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 6, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby recognize the month of January as National Blood Donor Awareness Month and affirms that Dallas County and its partners remain committed to bringing awareness and advocacy about this significant health risk and its treatment to our residents.
