2025-0327 Appointments to the Dallas County Child Welfare Board On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby appoint Benny Guzman (4) to serve on the Dallas County Child Welfare Board for a two-year term, effective March 18, 2025 and expiring January 31, 2027.
