Consider and take appropriate action to authorize Travis County Facilities Corporation, a Texas public facility corporation, to grant a perpetual exclusive water lines vault easement on that property being described as 12.67 acres being a portion of 11.84 AC of OLT 28&31 Division A recorded in File Number C81-02-0185 or a 0.0054 Acre Tract of Land out of a called 6.60 Acre Tract (Tract One) to the City of Austin, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation.
