2025-0525 Approval of an InterLocal Agreement with the City of Irving for the Development of the Rock Island Road Trail Project On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approval of District 4 Economic and Community Development Program funding in the amount of $800,000.00 for the Rock Island Road Trail Project connecting Irby Road to the DART Downtown Irving/Heritage Crossing Station.
