On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 16, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby On a motion made by TBD, and seconded by TBD, the following order will be voted on by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court approves, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code § 81.005(h), by Court Order today, the Court approves the amended Term of Court for FY2026. In August 2026 and September 2026, the Commissioners Court will meet weekly on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m., effective August 11, 2026.
