2025-1059 2026 Sheriff and Constables Fees On a motion made by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 30, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Civil Fees Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the fee schedule as outlined in the attached document, effective January 1, 2026, with the County Clerk to submit written notice of the fees to the State Comptroller no later than October 15, 2025. Read into Record By Commissioner Sommerman The Amended Motion included the following fees for adoption: · Distress Warrants: $250.00 · Orders (Otherwise not specified): $150.00
