On March 5, 2012, Travis County and Williamson County entered into an agreement where Travis County would cooperate with Williamson County in the design, construction, maintenance, and acquisition of right-of-way for a portion of County Road 138 (CR 138) located within Travis County. Williamson County has been making continuous improvements along the corridor while identifying additional segments within Travis County that require future enhancements outside the original project boundaries.<br><br>This amendment incorporates the old CR 138, County Road 138 Safety Improvements Project, and all future phases of Southeast Loop (also known as East Wilco Highway) as depicted in the attached Exhibits A-1 and A-2.
