2026-0322 Authority for Funding and Transfers Related to Facilities Management and Engineering Capital Projects and Operational Expenditures dated March 17, 2026 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 17, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Major Capital and Development Fund (19600) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Funding and Transfers related to Facilities Management and Engineering Capital Projects and Operational Expenditures as prepared by the Dallas County Budget Officer for March 17, 2026, and authorize any transfers to be executed.
