Travis County invests in a range of workforce development activities and social services to support disadvantaged residents. The interlocal agreement with the UT Ray Marshall Center for the Study of Human Resources provides analysis on the impact of these investments.<br><br>Modification 10 makes a minor change regarding how Todos Juntos, one of the workforce development service providers in the study, is evaluated. The evaluation will include the findings of student and teacher focus groups conducted by Assistant Professor Monica Romero with the UT Department of Psychology instead of Ray Marshall Center staff. ​<br><br>The Travis County Attorney's Office has approved Modification 10 as to legal form.
