2025-1218 Authorize and approve Amendment No. 3 to the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001439300002 – Cities Readiness Initiative to revise the federal award information and certain attachments to the contract On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 46600/Project 08725 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment No. 3 to the Texas Department of State Health Services Contract No. HHS001439300002 (Cities Readiness Initiative) to revise the federal award information and certain attachments to the contract, and authorize the County Judge to sign the contract on behalf of Dallas County.
