The Lake Edge Condos is a proposed residential condominium development, TNR project #23-42501, consisting of 16 detached dwelling units and associated improvements off Earls Estates Street, a road in full-purpose City of Bee Cave. <br id="isPasted"><br>Development applications for condominium projects are reviewed through the commercial site plan process, but they are also considered to be a special form of subdivision.
