The proposed Master Services Agreement specifies the terms and conditions by which Aoka LLC, will perform plan review and inspections services for and on behalf of the City of Friendswood. This agreement will be used for the new construction at the Friendswood City Center Project, excluding the front five (5) retail centers. AOKA will perform the plan reviews and inspections for the proposed theater, hotel, mixed-use buildings, and medical office buildings. The cost of the services will be paid from permit fees collected by the City for such plan reviews and inspections. <br><br>BuyBoard Contract number is 782-25
