2025-0184 Approve the Final Estimate 36 for Texas Sterling Construction on the Pleasant Run Road Phase 2 MCIP 31403, R & B District 3 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 MCIP 31403 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the Final Estimate 36 for Texas Sterling Construction as complete to final closeout the Pleasant Run Road Phase 2 (MCIP 31403) Project.
