On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 19600 FAC CAPEX Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize the Architectural/Engineering Work Order # 95A in the amount of $70,000.00 to HED (Harley Ellis Devereaux Corporation), under IDIQ Professional Services Contract (Court Order 2019-0906), for Integrating Smoke Control System at Henry Wade.
