2025-0396 Authorize and Approve the Cisco Enterprise Agreement Expansion for additional maintenance cost of $842,652.49 purchased from Presidio Networked Solutions using DIR- CPO-5347 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the addition funding of $842,642.49 for the maintenance agreement from Presidio Networked Solutions using DIR-CPO-5347 and funding is available via a transfer from the Major Technology Fund – Computer Hardware Account -100.19500.1090.68630.10000 to the MTF- Maintenance Account 100.19500.1095.62356.10000. Funding will be MTF- Maintenance Account beginning FY2026.
