On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Certificate of Obligations 2022 Bond and Major Capital 19600 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) 2025-XXX-XXXX for Construction Manager at Risk for the Old Red Courthouse Project, for Facilities Management, and authorize the Purchasing Department to release, advertise, and negotiate within statutory requirements.
