2025-0511 Authorize and approve an additional $51,397.57 for a total cost of $693,867.36 for the renewal of the Oracle Platform Services Annual Maintenance #1724191 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the additional $ 51,397.57 for the Oracle Platform Service Annual Maintenance#1724191 renewal from Oracle America, Inc. using DIR- CPO-5439 for a total cost of $693,867.36 and funding is available from the Major Technology Fund - Maintenance Account (100.19500.1095.62356.10000).
