Braker Valley is a proposed site project consisting of 612 single-family homes located at the north-east corner of the Cameron Road and Blue Goose Road intersection. <br id="isPasted"> <br>The developer has agreed to construct turn lanes at the site driveways on Cameron Road. The developer also agreed to install a 1-inch pavement overlay on Cameron Road between the site driveways. The developer has also agreed to a total mitigation payment of $630,386.00 to Travis County. This amount is a financial contribution to the County towards the Roadway Improvement Project, or any other projects in the vicinity of the property.
