2025-0332 Approval to Renew Title IV-E Agreement with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services for Legal Services for October 1, 2025, through September 31, 2032 (Fiscal Year 2026 – Fiscal Year 2032) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund; Reimbursement Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the renewal of the agreement with the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services for Legal Services beginning October 1, 2025, through September 31, 2032 (Fiscal Year 2026 – Fiscal Year 2032) and for the County Judge to sign all related documents.
