2025-0724 Dallas County Inland Port Flood Protection Planning Study (TWDB FIF Category #1) – Amendment 2 to Grant Agreement G1001248 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund MCIP 37406 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize Amendment No. 2 to the Grant Amendment between TWDB and Dallas County for a no cost modification to the agreement and authorize the County Judge, or his designee and Civil Assistant District Attorney to electronically sign (Docusign) the Amendment No. 2 to the Grant Agreement. The project is being funded by MCIP Fund 196 Project 37406 and TWDB Funds.
