2025-0659 Road & Bridge #2 - Request for Double-Fill of Road & Bridge #2, Commissioner Executive Assistant II, Position #4127 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 3, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Road & Bridge Precinct 2 Fund (10502) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve a double-fill for the Road & Bridge #2, Commissioner Executive Assistant II position (Grade H, #4127) at an estimated cost of $3,291 with funding available within budget (100.10502.2520.61020.70000). The three criteria established in the County’s double-fill policy are met with this request. The existing staff in the office cannot absorb the additional workload without impacting current operations.
