On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 12600 - Permanent Improvement Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the ratification of emergency repairs and rental of a temporary pump, requested by Facilities Management Department for the Lew Sterrett Jail Complex ‘B’ Building with HVAC RNTL - Amount not to exceed $53,157.00.
