2025-1066 Jesse Anthony Montoya Recognition On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby honor and recognize Mr. Jesse Anthony Montoya for his outstanding legacy as an athlete, coach, mentor and role model. We extend our deepest gratitude for his decades of service, leadership and inspiration to the community of Dallas County and beyond.
