The 2025 Roadway Condition Survey project for Transportation and Natural Resources (TNR) primarily consists of surveying approximately 1,663 miles of County roadways, using pavement modeling techniques to gather road condition data to create a PCI survey of all road segments. A vehicle equipped with cameras, lasers, and other instruments will be collecting the data. <br><br>RFQ No. 2410-001-PH was issued on December 27, 2024 via BidSync, and opened on February 13, 2025. A total of sixty (60) vendors viewed the solicitation and four (4) bids were received. Evaluations were completed, comprised of TNR staff, and overseen by the Purchasing Office.
