2025-0256 Authorize and Approve the Chapter 381 Economic Development Program Agreement with TOOTRIS LLC for the administration and implementation of the Dallas County Child Care Benefits Program in an amount not to exceed $1 MILLION On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.19600.9415.62225.70000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Chapter 381 Economic Development Program Agreement with TOOTRIS LLC in the amount of $1 million to administer and implement the Dallas County Child Care Benefits Program, authorize a discretionary exemption from competitive procurement requirements allowed by Local Government Code 262.024 (10), and authorize the County Judge to sign the Chapter 381 Economic Development Program Agreement with TOOTRIS LLC on behalf of Dallas County.
