2025-1391 Criminal District Court Manager – Request for Double- Fill of Administrative Assistant, Position # 3731 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve a double-fill for Administrative Assistant (Grade 12, #3731) at an estimated cost of $19,245 with funding available within budget (100.12000.4470.61020.40000). The three criteria established in the County’s double-fill policy are met with this request. The existing staff in the office cannot absorb the additional workload because of a vacancy in the office.
