2025-1467 Amendment No. 1 to the Subrecipient Agreement between Dallas County and Parkland Health for the Community Oriented Primary Care Clinic (COPC) After-Hours Program On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: ARP - Fund 464 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve amendment No. 1 to the Subrecipient Agreement between Dallas County and Parkland Health for the Community Oriented Primary Care Clinic (COPC) After-Hours Program to extend the project until September 30, 2026 for the originally approved amount of $3,547,702.00. The expenditures will continue to be charged to the fund and project established for this event and funding will come from direct relief assistance provided by the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds as provided by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARP - Fund 464).
