Consider and take appropriate action to authorize Travis County Facilities Corporation, a Texas public facility corporation, to grant a perpetual electric utility easement for the AAUL-Urban Empowerment Zone 1 SHIP project, to the City of Austin, Texas, a Texas home-rule municipal corporation, on that property being described as Lot 1, Block A, Final Plat of the Resubdivision of Lot 1, Block A Resubdivision, Stone Ridge Section One, according to the map or place thereof, recorded in Document No. 200700282. Being the same property set out in that certain Deed of Trust dated October 3, 2025, recorded in Document No. 2025111039, official public records of Travis County, Texas.
