Independent Fee Appraisal Services Work Order No. 1 – Lowery Property Advisors, LLC On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund Code 100-19600-9101-62225-70000-0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby The Public Works Department recommends that the Commissioners Court authorize the Public Works Department to accept the fee and completion schedule submitted by Lowery Property Advisors, LLC for the real estate appraisal services of the Park Conversion Area and the City of Irving Replacement Property and recommends that Work Order No. 1 be awarded in the amount not to exceed $13,760.00.
