The Blackhawk Precast Permiter Wall Replacement Project (the "Project") is a turnkey tract project for the replacement of an eight-foot concrete wall at the City's Blackhawk Facility.  The new wall will be an 8-foot-tall decorative concrete wall (stacked-stone look) for a total length of about 780 linear feet.  Since this is a turnkey contract, all materials and equipment, delivery, freight, installation labor, and all other costs necessary to complete the job are included in the contract price of $225,221.19.  Upon acceptance of the Project, the two-year warranty period will commence.  This item allows Council to authorize the City to enter into this job order contract with Construction Masters of Houston, Inc., through the Harris County Department of Education Choice Partners Cooperative Contract No. 24/018MR-03 and the associated supplemental contract for the Project.  The funding source will be split between the general fund unassigned fund balance and the water and sewer fund working capital.
