This contract provides grant processing and management services to eligible small businesses that were on the waitlist for the first TCTX Thrive Program to assist them to respond to the public health emergency related to COVID-19 and its negative economic impacts. <br data-pasted="true"><br>This Modification No. 4 decreases the NTE amount from $213,750.00 to $171,468.68, due to the work on the contract being completed, and this reduction reflects unexpended funds in the amount of $42,281.32.
