Consider and take appropriate action relating to the Turner’s Crossing Public Improvement District, including approving: A. An order of the Commissioners Court of Travis County, Texas (1) accepting and approving an amended and restated service and assessment plan and an assessment roll for Improvement Area #3 of the Turner’s Crossing Public Improvement District; (2) making a finding of special benefit to the property within Improvement Area #3 of the District to be assessed; (3) levying assessments against certain property within Improvement Area #3 of the District and establishing a lien on such property; (4) providing for method of assessment and the payment of the assessment in accordance with Chapter 372, Texas Local Government Code, as amended; (5) providing for penalties and interest on delinquent
