Consider and take appropriate action regarding a lease with the Health and Human Services Commission for Travis County to use 1,183 square feet in Building 784 of the Austin State Hospital Campus, located at 4110 Guadalupe Street in Austin, Texas. Facilities Management is requesting to have the Commissioner’s Court delegate authority to approve yearly renewals to the Director of Facilities Management to sign subsequent site-specific environmental reviews.
