2025-1487 Authorize and Approval of the maintenance renewal purchase of Isilon Powerscale A300 Maintenance, for the Office of Information Technology, for the period of one year from October 21, 2025 through October 21, 2026, with CDW Government, through the Department of Information Resources (DIR), contract No. DIR-CPO-5792, authorized by Chapter 271, section 271.102(a)(c) of the Texas Local Government Code – Amount not to exceed $471,495.10. On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the renewal purchase of Isilon Powerscale A300 Maintenance, for the Office of Information Technology, for the period of 1 year from October 21, 2025 through October 21, 2026, with CDW Government, through the Department of Information Resources (DIR), contract No. DIR-CPO-5792, authorized by Chapter 271, section 271.102(a)(c) of the Texas Local Government Code – Amount not to exceed $471,495.10.
