2025-1242 Authorize the Personal Services Contract Extension - Amendment No. 1 for Mr. Avinash Manchikalapudi with Catapult Solutions Group for the period of November 4, 2025 through May 7, 2026, approve Discretionary Exemption, 262.024(4) personal service; funding from Major Technology Fund (MTF) – Other Professional Services Account (100.19500.1091.62225.10000) amount not to exceed $99,360.00 On a motion made by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the County Judge to sign Amendment No. 1 with Catapult Solutions Group for the contract extension of Avinash Manchikalapudi as a VoIP Engineer for the period of November 4, 2025 through May 7, 2026 at a not-to-exceed amount of $99,360.00 using funding from the Major Technology Fund- Other Professional Services Account (100.19500.1091.62225.10000) using Discretionary Exemption 262.024(4).
