2025-1038 Authorize the provision of a five-year 50% abatement on real property increases and a 50% abatement on business personal property increases for the same period to Lineage Logistics, LLC for the establishment of a cold storage and distribution facility in Dallas County, specifically in the City Hutchins effective no later than January 1, 2028. On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the provision of a five-year 50% abatement on real property increases and a 50% abatement on business personal property increases for the same period to Lineage Logistics for the establishment of a cold storage and distribution center in Dallas County.
