2025-0146 John Cernero, P.E., DWU, 2024 Special Utility Partner of the Year Award On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby recognize and extend sincere appreciation to Mr. John Cernero, P.E., with DWU, as a faithful Valued Partner in the County’s endeavor to Take Utility Coordination to the Next Level and who strongly demonstrates a focus on the Trust, Commitment, and Shared Vision of Partnering. We look forward to working with John on future projects.
