On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the County Judge to sign the contract with Catapult Solutions Group for Avinash Manchikalapudi as a VoIP Engineer for the period of May 6, 2025 through November 6, 2025 at a not-to-exceed amount of $99,360 using funding from the Major Technology Fund- Other Professional Services Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000) using Discretionary Exemption 262.024(4).
