2025-0498 Sixth Extension of Support/License Contract with DocuNav Solutions (as administrator for the former Dallas County Schools and Dallas County Schools Dissolution Committee) to provide document management, licensing, and support for Dallas County Schools records/documents On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 6, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: DCS Sinking Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby , as administrator for the former Dallas County Schools/Dallas County Schools Dissolution Committee, approve the sixth extension of the agreement with DocuNav Solutions to provide document management, licensing, and support for Dallas County Schools ("DCS") records/documents, for the amount of $15,870.00. Pursuant to Texas Senate Bill 2018, the check shall be drawn from funds in the sinking fund account for DCS (County of Dallas DCA Administration account).
