Travis County's Technology & Operations Department's Office of Security and Protection (OSP) is needing to replace its existing records management system as it is no longer being supported nor no longer meeting the operational and technical needs of the County. The new system will become the Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) reporting system for the County. It will provide a supported, modern platform that enhances reliability, functionality, and long-term sustainability for dispatch and records operations. The new system will improve response times and streamline reporting capabilities for the County's security operations.<br data-pasted="true"><br>On August 14, 2025, RFP No. 113-JJ was released via BidNet, and opened on September 25, 2025. A total of one hundred thirty-five (135) vendors viewed the solicitation and two (2) responses were received.
