<p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true">The Facilities Management Department (FMD) has been working with County Attorney's Office to draft the attached lease between Travis County (TC) and Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) for Travis County to use 1,183 square feet in Building 784 of Austin State Hospital Campus located at 4110 Guadalupe in Austin, Texas.</p><p style="margin-left:0in;">Travis County will pay HHSC $10 annually for rent and utilities as consideration for this lease. The term of the Lease is sixty months, commencing on May 1, 2026, and ending on March 31, 2031. This will be the third lease for this location. The initial lease was approved by the Commissioners Court on February 4, 2020.</p><br>Facilities Management is requesting to have the Commissioner’s Court delegate authority to sign the lease and approve yearly renewals to the Director of Facilities.
