2025-0125 Authorize and approve Amendment No. 3 to the FY2024 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Contract No. 58240004021 with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to extend the contract term and revise the budget On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 46600 Grant: 8301 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Amendment No. 3 to the FY2024 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) Contract No. 58240004021 with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) to extend the contract term, revise the budget, and authorize the County Judge to sign the Amendment on behalf of Dallas County.
