Southerland, Jr., CPA On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.12000.9910.62225.10000.000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby issue this order ratifying the Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Don B. Southerland, Jr., CPA previously entered into by the Dallas County Chief Privacy Officer.
