Pursuant to Chapter 43.1055 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Commissioners Court authorization is required for a municipality to annex a roadway in Travis County. The City of Pflugerville is requesting the Commissioners Court consent to annex a 1.858-acre section of New Sweden Church Road abutting a 62.74-acre property that the City of Pflugerville is annexing. The subject portions of New Sweden Church Road are currently maintained by Travis County. <br><br>The full description of the proposed road annexation is further described in the attached field notes and exhibit. <br><br>Upon annexation, the City of Pflugerville will be responsible for the maintenance of this section of the roadway.
