2025-0895 Authorize and approve Superior HealthPlan donation in the amount of $1,000 to the Older Adults Service Program for program needs, supplies, gift cards and incentives On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 466, Grant: 8408 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Superior HealthPlan donation in the amount of $1,000 to the Older Adults Service Program for program needs, supplies, gift cards and incentives and authorize DCHHS to appropriate the budget line items.
