On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 19600 FY25 Facilities CAPEX Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize the Architectural/Engineering Work Order # 104 in the amount of $302,300.00 to Kirksey Architecture for professional design services to replace three (3) air handler units and the failing HVAC chill water and steam water coils at George Allen Courts Building.
