2025-0368 Authorize and Approve the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Master Terms and Conditions Agreement by and between Dallas County, Texas on behalf of the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office and LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc., for a subscription to the Accurint TraX software for a time period of April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026 with the option to renew for three, 12-month periods – in an Amount not to exceed $28,560.00 inclusive of the renewal options On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.12000.4011.62094.40000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the LexisNexis Risk Solutions Master Terms and Conditions Agreement with LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc., for a subscription to the Accurint TraX software and the authorize the County Judge to sign the Agreement and execute any documentation required to give effect to this Agreement on behalf of the Dallas County Criminal District Attorney’s Office.
