Smith Co., Louisiana Wholesale Drug Company, Inc., Morris and Dickson, N. Carolina Wholesale Drug Company Inc., and UNFI/SuperValu in national prescription opiate litigation, MDL No. 2804.  If accepted, proposed action will include granting authority to the Burnet County Judge to sign applicable release documents.  Anticipated allocation to Burnet County would be in the amount of $8,484.00.
